Feeling like a snack? What about ‘bruschetta & Brusseleir’??
Take some good bread in slices, roast it for a few minutes in the oven, top it with smoked scamorza and some sautéed brown champignons. Put in the oven again until the cheese is melted, then garnish with fresh chive blades, and enjoy! I love the pairing of smoked cheeses and dark beer with coffee/chocolate notes…
