This is the last recipe with asparagus, promised!
This time we chose to match the slightly sweet and delicate taste of the white asparagus with the sharper flavor of anchovies — for a royal pasta meal! The whole dish is seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, parsley, Parmesan, and Cayenne pepper, and accompanied by the wonderful Wadesda #5.
