We propose these flavorful savory muffins: starting with a dough made with flour, eggs, milk, and olive oil, we have added Parmesan, ricotta, “datterini” tomatoes, black Greek olives, and a couple of anchovies. You can enjoy the muffins both warm and cold, together with a fresh salad… and a Brusseleir, which has the right personality to keep up with the intense taste of the anchovies and the olives.
