Strawberry & Jambe-de-Bois

We’re in full strawberry season, and we feel pleasantly obliged to dedicate at least one dish to these sublime fruits. So here is a spring-summer alternative to the classic tiramisu!
The cream is prepared with ricotta and enriched with the strawberries. The ladyfingers are dipped in Jambe-de-Bois. A light, aromatic and fruity dessert… In one word: delicious!
